Founded in 1985 as Derek Church Williams-Landscape Architecture, Site Solutions has provided the Carolinas and Virginia with landscape architectural services for over 25 years. In 1996, we expanded our services to include Civil Engineering and changed our name to Site Solutions to more accurately express the services provided.

Since its founding, Site Solutions has been involved in the planning of numerous civic, institutional, recreational, commercial, and residential projects throughout the southeast. We offer our clients the skills of thirteen registered professionals in the fields of landscape architecture, and civil engineering. This core of registered professionals has over 344 years of combined experience in site planning. In addition, our firm has the technological advantages of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2008, Land Development Desktop and other computer-based design tools. With these in-house resources, Site Solutions is capable of handling projects of significant scope, while providing our clients with uncompromised personal service.

Site Solutions views each project as a new opportunity with a unique set of design parameters (development program, budget, schedule, and site conditions). We use these project parameters to guide our approach to the design solution. We work closely with our clients to understand their goals and objectives. After a complete understanding of our client's needs has been reached, alternative design solutions are prepared for client's review. With this approach, the client’s needs and preferences are incorporated into the design solution. Finally, Site Solutions is committed to, and has earned a reputation for meeting our client’s schedule and budget.
