Whitewater Academy Elementary School &
Belmeade Middle School- CMS

Site Solutions has provided civil and site design for the 130,000 s.f. two-story 1,200 student Belmeade Middle School. The project includes all site water and sewer design, main parking lot for approximately 185 cars, internal circulation, stormwater quality design, and associated middle school athletic fields (400m 6-lane track with football field, baseball field, softball field and a 195x330’ soccer field). The bus lot is shared with Whitewater Academy Elementary School, which was recently designed by Site Solutions and completed in August 2008.

Site Solutions was sub-contracted by FWA Architects for Belmeade Middle School and Wash-Hatem Nelson Architects for Whitewater Academy Elementary. Belmeade Middle School is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in August 2009.
