Site Solutions developed conceptual plans and construction documents for the Croft Community House Elementary School (Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools). The plans included a 77,000-sf school, with required parking and amenities. Site Solutions also developed plans for roadway improvements along Hucks Road in conjunction with this project.
