Ballantyne Elementary School- CMSSite Studio worked with Cort Architectural Group to provide the site design for a three-story elementary school. The site included a 110-space parking lot, 15-space bus lot and one multi-purpose baseball/soccer practice field. The project included internal circulation, drop-off, public road design and planning for future mobile classrooms. Site water, sewer and roadway design was provided by Site Solutions, who contracted with Site Studio. The overall project site is approximately 39 acres with 7.5 acres disturbed for the elementary school. Site Studio worked with Cort Architectural Group to develop a unique project that included the planning for an 88 unit single family subdivision surrounding the 7.5 acre school site. The team was able to achieve the full school program in the compact design while maximizing the potential residential build out.
